We Find What’s Holding Your Business Back.
Ayoka helps manufacturers and complex businesses identify and remove the operational constraints limiting capacity, throughput, scalability, and top-line revenue.
We don’t begin by asking what software you want us to build. We begin by asking:
For more than two decades, Ayoka has worked inside complex operations to understand how work actually gets done—from the shop floor to the front office. We follow the process, examine how people, systems, data, and workflows connect, identify where work stops or waits, and quantify what those constraints are costing the business.
Sometimes the answer is integration. Sometimes automation. Sometimes better visibility, a redesigned workflow, AI, or custom software. Technology is the tool. Business improvement is the objective.
Our Story
Built in America. Built Around Our Clients’ Businesses.
Ayoka was founded in the San Francisco Bay Area in 2002 and relocated to the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex after winning a major enterprise integration engagement involving the IT systems supporting Terminal D at DFW International Airport.
Today, Ayoka is headquartered in Arlington, Texas, in the heart of one of America’s largest manufacturing and industrial regions. Over more than two decades, our U.S.-based team has worked with organizations ranging from mid-market businesses to Fortune 500 enterprises across manufacturing, agriculture, laboratory operations, transportation, healthcare, government, and other complex industries.
A disconnected system creates a manual handoff. A manual handoff consumes employee capacity. Poor visibility prevents management from seeing available capacity. An inefficient workflow delays production. A production constraint limits throughput. And when customer demand exists, limited throughput can mean revenue the company cannot produce, ship, and invoice.
Manufacturing Is Where We Thrive
We love complicated operations—and we want to understand them from the floor, not just from a conference room.
We look at how an order enters the business, how it gets scheduled, what happens on the shop floor, where quality enters the process, how inventory moves, what information employees need, what happens at shipping, and how completed work ultimately becomes an invoice.
We see the spreadsheets, paper travelers, handwritten notes, duplicate entry, undocumented workarounds, disconnected systems, and information employees must look up, copy, email, print, or re-enter just to keep production moving. Those are often the places where opportunity is hiding.
Production Process Improvement
From Constraint to Top-Line Revenue
Ayoka’s approach to Production Process Improvement (PPI) connects operational improvement directly to business results.
We map the process → identify the constraint → quantify its impact → prioritize the opportunity → design the future state → determine the technology required.
That technology might mean connecting existing applications, eliminating duplicate data entry, automating a workflow, creating better production visibility, building a dashboard, applying AI, modifying an existing system, or developing purpose-built software.
We aren’t interested in adding another application simply because we can. We are interested in solving the business problem.
Our Philosophy
For the Love of Our Clients’ Business
The name Ayoka means “one who brings joy to all.” That idea has been part of our company from the beginning.
Bringing joy to our clients isn’t about telling them what technology is fashionable. It’s about understanding their business well enough to make a meaningful difference in it. We want to know why a process exists, why employees do something a particular way, where the frustration lives, what customers expect, and what management wants the company to become.
Our Vision
Technology Should Never Be the Constraint.
Businesses shouldn’t have to organize themselves around the limitations of their software. Employees shouldn’t have to become human integrations between disconnected applications. Growth shouldn’t automatically require proportionally more administrative headcount.
Connect what is disconnected. Remove what is constraining the operation. Recover capacity. Produce more. Ship more. Invoice more. Grow top-line revenue.

24 Years of Asking a Better Question
A lot has changed in technology since Ayoka began in 2002. The question we ask has become simpler.
And then: Have you ever quantified what that’s costing you?
Ready to Find the Constraint?
You may already have the people, equipment, and customer demand. The opportunity may be hidden inside the process connecting them.
