For an e-government solution, Ayoka’s application development services team, developed a solution to produce legal documentation pulled from multiple department applications and databases. Prior to this document generation solution, users had to manually create Microsoft Word, Excel and PDF documents by copying and re-entering data from different applications. The solution provided a simple user interface to design legal document templates that automatically merged data from different applications and generated the necessary forms.
