Local & Accessible: e-Government Web Development
Challenges: To increase sales with Government customers, the Client needed to expand their software development team. Rather than outsource to typical enterprise software development firms, such as IBM Global Services or other custom web development companies, the Client needed a cost effective alternative that was local and accessible making it easier to communicate changes or new requirements. The objective was to develop a partnership that would meet an aggressive schedule for new software development and complete a list of enhancements to existing web applications.
Solution: Ayoka’s partnership with the Client began through small engagements to update existing software, then transitioned to a retainer agreement to provide long-term e-government software development services and database design and development services.
