Challenges: Client was losing staff time and billable hours with disconnected systems for project management, cost accounting, and project reporting enterprise software applications.
Solution: Ayoka consolidated project management and reporting databases into a single repository that could also be accessed via the web for authorized users. This enterprise application was integrated with the client’s legacy systems for accounting and finance administration. The solution provided the functionality of an ERP (enterprise resource planning) application customized to the client’s business, but at a lower cost than procuring an off-the-shelf ERP for professional services management.
